We offer all of our clients a short three-month listing agreement that can be terminated at any time, for any reason, at no cost to you as the seller. We treat the Coming Soon period as a trial period. You decide whether to move forward with the sale of your home before "Going Live" in the MLS. Thankfully, we've never had a client terminate, but we don't agree with holding anyone in a service-related contract hostage.

3. An Aggressive Modern Marketing Plan
We do not sit idly by hoping for an offer. Hope is not a strategy. As a "Premier Agent" on Zillow we're guaranteed top search results and can list your property "Coming Soon" for up to 21-Days without affecting your MLS "Days on Market." We can list your home Coming Soon while preparing your home for the market.
Our data shows that if you have 30+ saved shoppers on Zillow before going live, the homes typically sell within two weeks. 40+ saved shoppers and you will typically sell above list price. The longer you're Coming Soon the more saved shoppers you will have.

A lot of sellers are told that open houses are for the agents and not the client. This is entirely false and said frankly by agents that don't like hosting open houses. We've sold dozens of homes from open houses.
Some buyers only look at homes when they're available for open houses. Hosted by us or a member of our team only. We will give a docent-level tour and passionately sell your home. Each open house would have a food truck or catered, and targeted ad marketing campaigns. We want to control the energy, be busy, and make every potential buyer feel like they could see themselves entertaining in your home.

We send you the most experienced third-party staging company. They specialize in giving you expert advice to make your home the most marketable with today's buyers.
