About Terri Ruggiero

Terri Ruggiero brings passion and authenticity to putting her client’s needs first.  Her goal is to help both buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams.  She is warm and collaborative while zealously advocating for her clients.  Terri’s approach, care, and expert guidance ensure her clients feel supported and secure throughout what is always a momentous transaction.

Terri delivers a holistic approach to finding a home that is uniquely right for them.  Terri combines a deep local knowledge of Loudoun County with an expansive understanding of design, the importance of neighborhood and community, and the real estate market.  Having lived and raised her family in Northern Virginia for much of the last two decades, Terri also brings extensive market and community understanding from her time in Southern California, NY, and Florida.

Terri is proud to be a member of the Fox Team and an agent with Pearson Smith Realty.  She lives in Lansdowne and enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years, two children, her puppy Cheese, and the wonderful members of the NOVA community.  Terri loves time with friends and to write, sing, play piano, travel, practice yoga, and has been known to enjoy an impromptu dance party in her kitchen.
